WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all products. Pickups are available Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Pacific Time. Please contact our customer support team to schedule a time for your in-person pick-up. This will permit our shipping team adequate time to ensure your order is prepared prior to your arrival at our location.

Free Shipping

We offer free ground service of our choosing shipping on orders over $125 USD shipping to a destination in the USA (Alaska and Hawaii included).

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

2 Business Day and 1 Business Day Delivery are not available for PO Box addresses

Order ship Monday through Friday 9am-5pm pacific time

Orders placed by 2pm Pacific Time will ship the same business day (Mon - Fri)

Orders placed after 2pm Pacific Time will ship the next business day (Mon - Fri)

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
